Rohit and his team has filled the net with posts against C-Zentrix, as we all know it is the fastest growing dialer in the contact center industry and for your surpise they have also pulled contaque, avis, galaxy etc in some of the threads

All in all they have missed one player, may be the player is on the verge of death or the player is feeling the heat

In terms of ROI, I agree with you and that's why I suggested that you run C-Zentrix in parallel with aspect and avaya and then decide

You know there is no point in comparing linksys and avaya. One is ant and other is elephant you can't do comparision, there is no relation

That's why I have proposed by my experience of C-Zentrix that the top fight is between Avaya, Aspect and C-zentrix

So if you are planning to buy any of the things, run a parllel demo and then decide

I read this conversation; I believe Rohit wants solution that provides ROI for his center.
If you comparison between Avaya and Aspect with our products, you get 100 % ROI.
Yes we dot do as much as marketing as Drishti and Czentrix guys are doing.
But yes we are using 100% our on products for both type of Dialer (TDM & IP Solutions) other companies are using free virsion-Exlide or Audio Codes. We are not using Exiled & Audio Codes in both cases.

If you talking about SME segment please review again your market we are every where. We support almost every Telecom provider Call center, every Taxi services providers.

Thanks for the feedback and number of posts on different sites and the large number of replies.

You are promoting something which you are not capable of speaking also. Have faith in your product and compete rather than doing these poor tactics.

It looks like companies are feeling the competition that C-Zentrix is offering. Compete them or you will be wiped out. It's a strong product and increasing in popularity day by day.

C-Zentrix is the only dialer with presence in all the indian states from jammu to kerala.

Guys C-Zentrix DSL based solution for small vendors a boom. C-Zentrix is truely innovative.

We ran there DSL based solution last week for our international process with three DSL's. Cost wise its a big saving.

Try out there new DSL solution, quite good. C-zentrix is rocking in the contact center industry.

Rachiel, I am not aware of the dialer you mentioned in terms of use. I only have the market feedback which is not positive. People say one or two years back when options were not there, it was ok. But now with C-zentrix and Altitude on fire, it's a very preliminry thing.

C-zentrix and others I have used, and no doubt C-zentrix is quite innovative and stale product. My feedback is that its now more advanced than any of the players .

Apart from this C-zentrix is the only player which supports 100 agents on a single box, whereas its a fact that all others use 3 to 5 servers for running more than 30 agents with voicelogger, dialer and crm. So technology and innovation wise C-zentrix has emerged as a strong contender in the last one year.

The word in Indian market is that C-zentrix from tvtworld.com may beat the biggest in term of market share by the EOY. In last one year it was the hottest topic in the dialer industry, because of its robust claim of 100 seats on one server with all the promised features. Now after proving it, I think the predictions of market insiders will come true. The other 3 players are quite established and requires no mention.

This is why I put four dialers for people to decide. I have used most of the above mentioned dialers and I hope you being an industry expert will agree with my view point and the market feedback.

Hopefully you have forgotten to mention DRISHTI; known to be India's most known Dialer in the SME segment.

In SME segment I beleive it would have more than 200% more happy clients than C-zentrix.

Four dialers that are most used in the market. Each one has its own segment.

Avaya and Aspect are at high end customers and with large scale installations, Altitude in the middle and C-zentrix is the leader in the SMe segment i.e upto 100 users.

You cannot compare anyone of them like C-zentrix is a single box silution with most user friendly dialer till date in the whole industry as a user one admin can manage a 100 seater call center.Its one of the most innovative product in the SME segment. No installation nothing is requied.

Aspect is good at large volumes and diversified kind of place.

The only thing is to identify what you need and these are the only establish players and in this time you cannot take chances with freebies and cheap things as your money is important. At this moment every investment is important whether go for C-Zentrix one of the most innovative product in recent times or aspect the established. You need to do the proper research.
