Nature of the campaign: B2C-Outbound and Inbound Sales Campaign (Cable TV )

It is Business to Consumer campaign, where, Agents will make cold calls and or receive calls in the form of inquiry from prospective customer where they need to convert those inquiries in to sales. With our calls conversion rate is approx 18 to 20 % , with experienced agents the conversion can go very high upto 30%.

Center's Responsibilities :

Center need to have good infrastructure to carry out the process.

Payouts: $100 to $140 (Fornightly)

Payment Frequency - Fortnightly

Infrastructure : Center needs to have strong technical and physical infrastructure to run the campaign in a well manner.

Training : Training nd other one to one support will be provide.
