Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Candidates will be required to make outbound calls & handle inbound calls.
Regular communication with the client, to provide updates on the progress.
Resolve customer queries/make adjustment with payments
Update account status records
Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
Desired Profile
Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience as a customer service representative in Debt Settlement or Debt Collection Process
Familiarity with laws related to FDCPA
Must have experience of MS Office and database
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Skilled in negotiation
Problem-solving skills
Good in calculations
High school diploma: Associates/bachelors degree is a plus
