Any one who is dealing with Impel ITES, Villupuram, MR Dennis D'Costa?
During OCt. 2009 we have paid Rs.1Lakh as Refundable security deposit to Mr Dennis DeCosta of Impel ITES, Villupuram against the form filling project. We have entered into agreement and paid the upfront. From then, upto 2 months he entertained our calls. Then He told that he is going abroad and getting married and he sent an email to proceed legally and he does not want to reply to me. I was in a position of closing my centre due to this. I had to pool up money from my friends to pay off salaries and closed my centre. Now I am in a very bad situation, for even filing a legal case against him. Can any one help me out in proceeding against him? I am praying God every day and night to give him punishment of all the misery and sarow which he created in me. May God gives him all the very bad, ugliest, horrible & miserable situations in his life.
