We are seeking council tenants who are facing housing disrepair problems. We don't need you to package case for us unless you want to and have an experienced team. We simply need you to qualify leads and send them over for our guys to call and close.

Commercials are weekly payments. For un-packaged case, you will receive 120 per qualified lead

For fully packaged case, you will receive 600 in the interim. Figures will be
monitored and increased monthly depending on volume and quality.

Client criteria:

1: Council tenant
2: Lived there for more than 12 months
has disrepair issues such as damp, mold, leaks, cracks,
infestation etc...

4: Has complained to the council
5: Not working with another firm or signed docs
6: No rent arrears unless they have a payment plan set up and can evidence this.
