You must have at least 350 seats in your excisting call ceter to be considered.

I have a consumer product manufacturer that has a total of 970 seats and as of a discussion today they will be outsourcing the following:

27 seats data entry - take the information off of a recording device and enter the information into a RDBMS (Informix) with GUI front ends.
27 seats outbound calling these entries back and resolving whatever their issues are.
96 Seats inbound customer service for any of 140 products of their total 670 products. Knowledge database will be provided.
46,000 emails per month to be responded to and dispositioned. If a subsequent call is required it is handled by the outbound group. Knowledge database provided and kept current.
Hours of operation - 8 am - 9 pm US eastern time.

Graphical front ends are Visual Basic and integrate with their systems. Systems will be syncronized once per day. Incoming emails will be frowarded directly to your email system. They can transfer their Egain email system to you for the sole purposes of use on this project.

We need to work out our financial arrangement if you want me working on this for you.

The break down is as follows.

1) Trips to Dallas and Las Vegas to meet with the call center operations managers, business managers and technical staff.
2) Present a Corporate PowerPoint presentation and if you do not have one I have to create one.
3) Complete discovery on their technologies, the transition to outsourcing implementation strategy and deployment strategies.

The initial phase before we can put together the proposal will take approximately 45 working hours and my retainer fee would be $6,750.00 USD plus travel. The retainer would be due not later than Wednesday 17 January, 2005 and I will bill for subsequent hours at the rate of $150.00 per hour bi-weekly. If the retainer and consulting fee is an issue do not respond.

In combination with my services we would collectively put together the solution including transition and implementation, the proposal and the contracts. The T's and C's would need to be worked out and final negotiations completed.

Once you assign a project manager and project teams I would still orchestrate alot of the transition from here.

With that said I estimate me not less than 120 hours over the next 2 months and expect to be paid for that time plus travel. In addition, once the project is running and billing I would expect 6% of all revenue collected from this project. If the project expands in the future, same 6% commissions to me. Its merely a matter of building it into our pricing model in the proposal phase.
