Hello.
Your statement can not be directed to us, as we have not "sampled", nor have we purchased or contracted for any B2B leads related to this campaign. We are still speaking with certain centers at this time and are open to engage others related to this project, as it will expand once the parameters are established. This will also become a long term project that will include additional services related to telecommunications. We realize that this project may be a little out of the norm for most centers, but we understand that and are being patient, so as to get it right. Certain centers are simply not equipped to understand technology projects and that is fine. This is why we have to converse to determine a centers' strengths and abilities.
One center we spoke with led us to beleive that they could do this and disclosed pricing and parameters, which seemed fine. Then over the holidays we received an email from their US contact that was highly unprofessional. The use of profanity in a business environment is not acceptable - he must have sent the email while he was intoxicated. He was most interested in doing business, but we decided, based on the profanity in the email that we did not want to do business with him(them). He was not defaming anyone or any company - but it left a very bad image of his company with us.
We have an additional mortgage campaign running currently, but we always pay in advance for those leads via Paypal.

We have the utmost respect for the companies and people that we are engaging in conversation with, related to various campaigns.
Our goal is to establish long term relationships with the few centers that are by "mutual agreement" determined, to be a fit for our business model.
