1. How many agents dialed for that campaign?
2. Why did you commit to me that you have alreday exp in the process and you have done lots of sales?
3. Furnish your technical details about your center and dialers you use?
4. How many seatres that you really have?
5. Did you ever verify those 3 leads that you send to me?. (2 of them were immedietely rejected as it was not at all there)
Please provide with me the answers.

The posting that I did not Non-voice campaings is not available now . This was posted sometime last december and still I am getting responses. Thanks for all the centers that have responded. But this particular campaign is not available now.
Working with smaller Indian callcenters (I have worked with 3) realised that most of them operate from home and do not have the capablity to take up the process. Well this pescons is one among the call center and they did the process for max of 15 days. To be frank they did 3 sales and out of which 2 were fraudlent. So practically speaking they just completed a lead and I owe them $18. Yes bcas of their under performance.
1. I have lost the campaign
2. Valuable leads that company has purchased
3. Time
I request all the people in the forum to get to know the center well and outsource to them if you have a good campaign. Maybe a personnal visit to the centerwill be best as you will see how they are operating.
For centers,
Please show performance and do not type everyone a Fraud. Well if you cannot do something please do not commit. Almost 55% of the processes are returing back bcas it goes to people who does not know how to handle it.
FYI, I have not outsourced anything to any center and only I tried that project to 3 centers and found it was not succesfull. I am involed in setting up a captive center for a direct client who is also fed up of centers.
I am not against callcenters in India but the fact is that we should have a way where we will be able to get to the corrcet centers.
I guess this industry is operating dark and needs to be more formalied.

Four months ago and duped around 10-12 small call centers. I am one of them. The contact number that he had given did not worked for three months and now he has resurfaed with new numbers and detials and processes. Be ware
