Process details: Telecom Inbound

No of Seats: Required min 10 agents

Nature of Job: Inbound handling of Customer Retention and tariff issues .

Gender Ratio: 8F:2M

Languages: Hindi, English + Local as per state

Technical Details: Shall Be shared after the discussion . (SOFTWARE CRM WILL BE GIVEN BY END CLIENT).

Shift time: Initially morning shift (10am to 7pm) and all three shifts after 1 month of operation (24 by 7)

Training : 15 days

Working days: All

Payment: Per agent INR 42,000 per month per agent (Inclusive of GST)

Contract period: 3year + auto renewal based on performance
