Requirement of the service provider bidding for the project :-

1. should have a registered company with the registration done
2. should have minimum 12 systems , with internet facility
3. should have operators with minimum typing speed of 30 to 40 words per min.
4. should have a prior experience of completion of similar type of work
5. should have a sound technical background for the online implementation job.

The training will be provided from our end and the training will involve the presence of the person responsible for
Implementation of the job , Training will be provided on T2T (training to the trainer) basis only and online training for
the operators will be provided as desired
