Closed Captioning is the process of adding text to a video that are timed to match the dialogue on the video. They are normally added with the aid of subtitling software. Commonly seen in movies, captions can also be in the same language as the dialogue to aid the deaf or people with difficulty hearing. This is actually required by law in some countries.

PROCESS FLOW:

The center receives audio/video through FTP.

After receiving the audio/video:

The first step involves transcription of audio/video into text with client specific instructions. The second step involves proofing of the transcripts according to the audio/video with client specifics.

The third step involves integration of text and video/audio according to the time they appear on screen with client specification.

We send back the final output according to the format the client needs.

PAYOUTS
1. The payout is Fortnightly. Billing cycle of 1st to 15th will be paid on 22nd of every month and Billing cycle of 16th to 30th will be paid on 7th of every month.
2. The payout is Rs 28 per audio minute.
3. We will provide software training & project training.
4. One month QC support for your files.
5. The volume to start with we can allot 180 minutes per day.

POTENTIAL BILLING
1st Slot (3 Captioners + 1 Proofer)

180 minutes per day x 28 Rupees per minute = 5040 Rupees per day.

As we have procured business from major subtitling & captioning provider we have huge volumes and we have the volume potential to go up to 50 slots per day.

If TAT and quality is strictly adhered we can ramp up the volume immediately.
