1. It is not an Avatar process, centre need to have own Dialer, Voip, Data etc
2. Data used for dialing have to be TPS Scrubbed.
3. Minimum number of seats will be 10.
4. Monthly payments with 15 days arrears.
5. Average 28 to 30 SPD.
