I need your insights regarding a non-voice process "Smart E-Loans LLC". We suspect this is not a genuine process, we have noted few points as below:-
1. Same data is being circulated among different centers
2. Data creation date is pertaining to the year 2014, which can be checked in the file properties.
3. Smart E Loans LLC as mentioned in the SLA does not exist in the US as per the address mentioned in the SLA
4. The client (??) conducts audit twice in a month, on the day of audit the data which is to be critically filed without any errors has around 150% more letters than normal days data.
5. For every reasons like target incomplete, errors, the centers are put on hold for minimum 10-15 days and some are terminated
6. Every morning data is send to the centers via email, we found out that the origin these emails is Australia.
7. There is no proof of any payment received till date from the US.
8. Whenever any center in terminated, they offer you vendorship and advise to recover cost by allotting the process to new centers.
9. When we cross verified the data, we found out that not a single phone no. is genuine, also we tried verifying Driving license no's.- they are fake.
10. Also, as per US laws, the SSN (Social Security Number) cannot be disclosed to any third parties.
