As you may know June 5th 2009 NY’s Governor Paterson pased the bill to ban plastic water coolers from all municipalities.

1)Water Cooler Billing Statement Collection

2)Outbound Seats and Facilities Pilot: 20 Seats

3)Projected Volume: Call Center is expected to begin with a minimum of ten (10) dedicated agents who will call for a minimum of eight (8) hours a day, 5 days a week. Operational days: Mondays to Fridays
Shifts/day: 1 Shift Operations Hours per shift:(Outbound)09am – 6pm EST


4)Functional Requirements:-Company should provide the steps necessary to perform the clients operations, including but not limited to, CRM and related applications, program specifications, reporting requirements and timetables as agreed and required by the client.

5) Training
will provide and specify all training material for the operation. .............. and COMPANY will provide jointly the following training sessions:

a. Campaign description and script for the program
b. Induction training that includes required product knowledge and competitor information.

COMPANY must provide proper training facilities, such as but not limited to, training room, workstations (i.e. computers, headsets, etc.) with sufficient and reliable Internet connection, etc.

6) Drinking water cooler bill statement (value) from:

$40.00 - $59.99 PAYOUT = $10.00 US dollars per each statement

$60.00 – Above PAYOUT = $15.00 US dollars per each statement

7) Make Rs 90,000. For registration fee to Client Representative which will be refundable to the center after the contract

Payments will occur on a bi-monthly basis which is on the 15th and 30th of every month. If you need on weekly basis also its possible.
