We are looking serious vendor to look out our Business by giving services In Inbound customer care, Chat Support and Information collecting process.

Duration: As the duration of the process in 5 Years, Vendor has to take care all the infrastructure and manpower with services during this period

Customer care:

Inbound: Vendor will be receiving calls from Customer for Inquiry and Services , Vendor role will be to solve There Issues by Help of our CRM and Portal services.

In case Vendor Cant resolve Issue they can forward to our Head office.

Calls To Attend Per day

Vendor can Receive Min 150 to 300 Calls Per person every day

Outbound

Vendor has to make Out bound call to Existing Customer to understand there Requirement. And Sent suitable Provider List which is available on our CRM.

Vendor will be Receiving Lead from our Portal.

Payment

Payment for Inbound Customer Care 18000 per month per employee

Incentive: Converting successful business (1000 per lead)

Payment for Outbound: 12000 per employee

Payment terms monthly

Security Deposit: 50 K (Refundable)
For 6 months

CRM, Training, Inbound Routing Setup will be provided by Us.

Solving inquiry of Customer via chat on portal

12 Hours of shift, employee should have good communication of English, and local language.

Payment: 10,000 per employee per month
