This is going to be an entirely Commission based:

30% Commission for Sale of just $8000.
35% Commission for Sale of more than $8000 but less than $16000
40% - $16000 - $ 24000
45% - $24001 - $ 32000
50% - above - $ 35000


Pay out will be Bi- Weekly. Chargeback i likely to happen because its a genuine process however if there are any, Center will pay back only 10% of the total commission.
