We are a company having some good calling processes.
We are looking for sick, closed or non operative call centers from IT Hub of Kolkata Salt Lake or Rajarhat only to work on purely JV basis.
Requirements from Centers:
Minimum 80 Seats and above upto 300 seats. with all required amenities and state of the art infrastructure.
Availability of Staff will be an added advantage.
Ample Parking space required.
Center required for 24x7
Minimum 8 Mbps Lease Line required.
Power Back up is must.
OSP,TRAI,STPI Registration is mandatory.
Preowned property will be preferred.
Back Log dues of the center will not be taken care of. No back log utility bills, staff salary, taxes will be paid.
Contract will be purely on JV basis.
Staff salary and Infrastructure cost will be taken care by our company.
Profits sharing will be done on 70-30 basis. where 70% will be our part.
Management, Administration will be taken care by our company.
Employment of pre employed staffs will be purely based upon capability and performance.
Center can be used for any kind of IT or ITeS Process.
Any Kind of Advance will not be provided.
Contract will be for a minimum period of 2 years.
Profits will be shared at the end of month.
