Project: Inbound Customer Support
Seats: 10
Shift: 24X7
Payout: $5.50 to $6.00 per seat per hour.
Payment Cycle: Monthly/Biweekly
Advance Payment: 10% of 1st Billing
Project to be supervised and monitored by Bangalore Based Vendor. (JV Work Structure)
Center Required in Bangalore only.
Experience in International Process is a must.
Work Tenure: 24 months extendable based upon performance.


Charges: 8 Lakhs: Out of which 4.5 Lakhs while sign up and 3.5 Lakhs after receipt of Advance Billing.
5% of Monthly Billing.

Company needs to pay for return tickets from Kolkata to Bangalore and arrange for Hotel stay for 2 to 3 days.
