My name is Sunny Leo. I have a new call center in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. Its a 15 seater (and we are planning on expanding pretty soon). We operate 24x7, so we cater our services to different countries. So I wanted to check if any of you have any Lead Generation Projects or any other Semi Voice Projects that we can take up.


OUR PRESENT PROCESS: US LEAD GENERATION (AVATAR): We are working for a semi voice project which requires us to make calls using a softphone (XLITE - after getting connected to a dialer) and our agents click on prompts on a CRM page. By clicking on different prompts, our agents would be able to talk to customers in their native accent and there by make the customer feel more at home. We have various products for which we generate leads like Magazine, Educational Loans, etc.,

So we are looking for any similar projects. Please let us know if you have any.
