I have full plan of starting an Inbound Call Center of 10-20 Seats in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

My main focus is for call center for domestic online shopping portals like Jabong or HomeShop18 and so on... and With that also Inbound or Outbound call center for UK & US. I hope I made myself very clear.

I have searched through net and have queried many already setup centers but did not got the proper answer for where to start from. I have some idea that I need to get D.O.T Licence and some formalities but have less idea of setting up the call center.

Please guide me the providers and organizers of Call Center in Jaipur and if required I could move to Banglore as well, if I get more exposure.

Also please guide me to grab startup projects so that I could be on track and thereafter I will manage on my own.
