Call Centers who are tired taking process from middleman and consultants ... who are loosing money ... tired doing non-profitable campaigns or SCAM like Tech Support ... can contact for permanent solution

This is how I work -

01) I work on long-term retainership contract basis ... working as Business Advisor/ Marketing Consultant

02) Contract duration would be for 1 year (renewable) with min 30 seats to start

03) I will provide direct business to center (as many as they can handle in contract duration)

04) Campaign selection depends on center's current profile, project experience, proven track record of past 6 m - 1 yr and agent's domain knowledge. I can't provide campaigns that the center is not capable of executing ... as there is no reward for failure!!

05) I can only talk about Inbound with a center working successfully for 1+ yrs with proven track record .. with 50+ seats .... after working with me for minimum 6 months

06) I also guide center in implementing & successfully running those campaigns

07) Center need to follow my advice for successful execution of process and keeping client happy .. need to cooperate with me for mutual benefit. Centers who only need process and don't need support need not to contact me

08) I will visit center at the initial stage ... after signing contract ... to help center recruit effective manpower, implement campaign and start operation. Then I may visit as and when required or monitor day to day progress online

09) Contract between us can be signed online or center owner can visit me before signing & then sign legal contract

10) Retainership fees is around INR 1.5k per seat ... i.e. around 45k per month for 30 seats center payable at every 1st day of the month ... during contract period
