I have a concept that can probably give a new shape to the Call center of India. The profits are recurring ( quite similar in nature to the calling card sales, but much bigger and requires no follow up calls) which means that for every customer that the center acquires, the center is likely to get daily commisions anywhere between $20 to $200. More the customer database improves, higher becomes the cumulative profits. More is the no. of centers dialing, more are the no. of customers being generated and to remind you, each customer is returning cumulative profits on daily basis. feel free to make your own calculations. There is also the fact that the same process can be run in ALL 3 shifts.
Now, what I need is a team of dedicated professionals who can take up the concept and give a material shape to it.
