Cube Software developed a dialer solution on Intel dialogic platform . The company is a well known company in North India and executed good telecom projects for their domestic clients . The dialer is still not reached to a level to brand it as an international standard and the predictive algorithm is way behind to any global leaders. The cost of the dialer is not that much low compare to other dialers so if you want to get a dialer with cost effective proposition then probably you need to contact other vendors .

I met with n numbers of solution providers and gone through their features. I found this dialer much cmfrtble than others.Since I am new in this industry I wnt a genuine consultant who can help me out in my estblishment. Honestly speaking right now I've three options and i got this dialer cheaper than other two in terms of investment but still i dnt want to compromise with technology and for the same I need some one's help who cn guide me in this regard.
