Reg: A Europe Based Multibillion Dollar Company

Name of Client : - Would be disclosed after the NDA is signed.

Location : - All across Europe

No of seats Required : - 10 Seats on English And 50 Seats on European Continental Languages(10 Each on different Five Languages)

Revenue per month in( US Dollars) : - $1.05 Lacks (Dollars One Lacks and Five thousand) Approx.

Revenue on Per Hour(US $) basis : - 08$ P/h (Eight) on English and 12$P/h (Twelve) on any other language (Guaranteed billing on basis of 7(Seven) hours schedule a Day ).

Revenue Cycle : - 22 working Day’s in a Month (real time process 8.30AM to 5PM, On Friday 8.30AM To 4.00PM)

Nature of business : - 100% Outbond B2B (Customer Services)

Payment Cycle : - Would be Fortnightly basis (Advances will Provided For First Fifteen Days)

DEAL : -
- A good contact centre on an offshore location out of the Europe with the compatible technology and facilities to house 60 agents on an Outbound Customer Service basis.

- All the process related documents , software, hardware, Project matrix, CTQ structures, and the core competency models would be provided to the said contact centre on a confidentiality basis.

- All the processes. Domain Knowledge and IPR will be transferred to the contact centre.

- After or within 2 weeks the new Centre migrates the entire business to his own own Contact Center anywhere in India with all the data and contractual agreements and continue their business of the said client for a period mentioned in the final contract with the said client.

- Consulting Fees for the Business development consultants would be discussed once we are talking on terms mentioned on the MOU.
