Hi to all call centers!!

I am a consultant from India and have two clients who are offering campaigns as below.

Process 1:

Client is a law firm who is into debt settlement and has registered office in San Francisco, CA. They are outsourcing their acquisition and retention work.

Call Center needs to concentrate first on counseling rather than sales though they will be paid for sales. Call center can use their DID number to leave voicemails so that customers can turn back to them inquiring for the services offered. Hence, call center handles own set of customers making this campaign as outbound and inbound.

Once, you have the customer with you, you can serve them by saying that the company can help in getting them debt free as we will show them a savings of 40% - 60% over their debt amount.

Customer needs to pay $50 as monthly maintenance fee for which the center will get a commission of $20. Payment cycle hence goes as DAILY.

Team required: 20 agents, 1 supervisor, 1 TL, 1 SPOC & 1 Quality controller. The team of 20 agents can be diversified as few of them just leaving voicemails, few attending inbound calls only and few attending the outbound calls when customers are online.

Training: Call Center needs to take care of the travelling, food and accommodation for the team of 2 trainers who would be from India. Training would take at least 5-6 working days.

Consultancy charges: I do not believe in charging upfront or don�t want anything in advance. However, I would not offer my efforts for free. I am open to suggestions for being paid for my services.

Process 2:

This is a travel process where you sell the packages offered by the US based company. Call center can use their DID number to leave voicemails so that customers can turn back to them inquiring for the services offered. Hence, call center handles own set of customers making this campaign as outbound and inbound.

There are 2 packages offered by the client where the center earns 70% of the package sold as payout. The packages are offered as $99 & $249. Here, you can charge the customer in your own way and send the 30% payment to the client.

Client will then ship the package to the customer. Hence, here you the process has outbound, inbound, you charge the customer and pay the client.

Team required: You can decide your team strength. However, client is interested in receiving a consistent number of sales which should not be less then at least 50/week. So an adequate team which can achieve more than 50 sales/week is advisable.

Training: Call Center will be provided with maximum possible details about the process. Trading is not much of need for this process as it will be your own business.
