We are looking to outsource Payday Loan Debt collection US process on a large scale and wanted to know you level of interest in running the same. We are the clients for this process and have already implemented this process on a very large scale in Ahmedabad, Udaipur and Pune. Center needs to call US during normal B2C hours and speak with people who have defaulted on their Payday loans and ask them to repay it back to the company.

Commercials:

Center would be paid 40% of the collected amount and the same would be paid to the centre bi-weekly into the centre’s account. This is entirely a performance based project and hence the more amount you collect the more you stand a chance of earning.

Ideally a centre can collect anywhere between $25000 - $60000 in a month depending on to the team size and lead quality.

Process Requirements:

You would need to procure leads for dialling on this project. Since you would be calling up Customers who have defaulted on their leads the best way of making these calls is manually dialling the number.

Leads are available at a cost of anywhere between $2.5 - $5.00/ lead depending on to the age of the leads.

You can either procure the leads from our end our from your own sources. If you procure leads from any outside vendor make sure you get leads that is of use of the process.

Technical Specifications:

You don’t need any specific dialler to run this process. The ideal way to run this process is manually dial as you are also supposed to leave message to people who are not available on phone.

You also need to have 2 incoming lines to receive calls from people who call back and close them to make payments.

Our Role In the Process:

We would be accountable to set-up the process, Training & Running your payments.

Initial cost on the project :

Initial Leads cost = $1500.00 (To be paid at least 4 days in advance)
Consultancy Charges = Rs 50000.00 (To be Paid only after the process goes live)
Training & setup charges = Rs 15000 (To be paid only after the Training is over)

We would also guide you through what technical & operational solution you could use for the best possible outcome for the project.

There is no locking down by any contract for this project and we would be more than happy to give you reference centres whom we have already outsourced this process and are working on the same.
