Friends... you may agree that call centre work is really different, in terms of :
(a) work norms;
(b) work experience;
(c) definition and space of workplace
The profiles of workers are also widely different.
From one view point, they are working in the most modernised sector with decent remuneration and commensuarating perks. The office room is posch with all sorts of modern equipments. Barista cafe...Internet and amusement facilites and with full of english speaking, civilised colleques. You could keep your love's/lovers photograph on the desktop, listen to music... the attractions are endless.
On the other side, is it really thrilling job? are you deriving job satisfaction out of it? What about the long work hours? Are you not tired of speaking for others in `customised and programmed language'? Are you living most of your time as another person -just to eke out a living?Don't you think the work is monotonous and incapable of providing you any skills than talking rubbish?
Do you like to be monitored throughout your work and get fired for a minor mistake?
