We need call centre seats for a foreign client. We shall run it for them. Starting with ~50 seats it shall grow to ~ 100 seats over time.

The 24X7 process requires a good mix of inbound, outbound, back-end processes for international process of this eCommerce client.

These seats may be with or without agents. We shall put our own supervisory team. We shall require the PRI lines, phone instrument and Avaya or equivalent. Computers may or may not be required. The softwares and training shall be given by the client.
