Process Details & Infustructure :-


2O WORK STATIONS ( COMPUTERS )
20 MANPOWER ON BOARD AND 5 AGENTS AS BACK UP
2 NET CONNECTION UPTO 10 MBPS

OPERATIONS :- Posted tickets on resolution shall have a TAT of 08 hrs. To a maximum of 12 hrs.

Service Duration::- The inbound call flow will be conducted for duration as follows in service hours: 24 x 7. Research Analysis shall be 8 hrs from 9 AM-5PM EST.

BILLING CYCLE :- MONTHLY

BILLING AMOUNT :- $15 per hour for voice support & $23 per hour per system for research desk

TRAINING PERIOD :- 15 DAYS INCLUDING
