Here is the AXIS Bank Cheque Collection Process brief:

1) Cheque Collection Process with Use of FOS (Biker-Boys) for AXIS Bank from Cheque Collection Points across the Following Cities:

i) Delhi-Noida: 270 Points
ii) Raipur: 60
iii) Nagpur: 90
iv) Goa: 120
v) Mumbai: Closed sold out
vi) Bangalore: Closed sold out
vii) Hyderabad: Closed sold out
viii) Chennai: 200 points
ix) Kanpur: 60
x) Lucknow: 90
xi) Chandigarh: 80
xii) Pune: 120
xiii) Bhopal: 80
xiv) Indore: 60
xv) Kolkata: 170
xvi) Gwalior: 60
xvii) Ranchi: 50
xviii) Jammu: 50


2) For Kolkata we have 170 CCPs and hence you will require 15 Biker Boys for CCP Service. For Chennai we have 200 CCPs.

Note: Average Salary for Biker Boy = Rs 8,000 + Rs 2,500 Fuel Charges


3) Rs 250/- payout per point (regardless of number of cheques)

i) THESE ARE CORPORATE CHEQUE COLLECTION POINTS, NOT PERSONAL CUSTOMERS.

ii) All cheques will be collected from the office of the Corporate Clients of Axis Bank who are availing of these facilities on a DAILY Basis.

iii) Please read the attached SLA & SOW for clearer understanding of this process.


4) 24 Working Days (Banks are Closed 2nd & 4th Saturdays and all 4 Sundays)


5) Billing Cycle is Monthly Invoicing + 45 days (standard for all banks)


6) Monthly Billing for Chennai is as follows = 200 points x Rs 250 x 24 = Rs 12,00,000
TO CALCULATE THE BILLING FOR YOUR CHOICE OF CITY, MULTIPLY LOCATIONS X Rs 250 X 24 WORKING DAYS.


7) One time non-refundable process deposit applicable


Note: THESE ARE OUR FINAL PRICES WITH ABSOLUTELY NO SCOPE FOR NEGOTIATION.

Note: This has to be paid directly to the Client that has been given the PAN INDIA Contract for AXIS Bank Cheque Collection.

All payments to be made AT THE TIME OF SIGNING THE CONTRACT WITH CLIENT.

No advance or token to be paid before meeting Client.


8) Royalty = 7% on monthly billing to PANSYS TEAM for Project for a project duration of 22 months extendable by slots of 11 months.


9) Client also has onsite data entry work for AXIS Bank which they will show LIVE OPS in one of the Branches in Thane, Maharashtra for Interested Centers.


10) SLA & SOW Draft of Bangalore Zone attached herewith. We closed Hyderabad & Bangalore last week on Friday. The same SLA & SOW draft is valid for CHENNAI with minor changes in number of cheque points.
