Following are the details of the process. We are direct client, not any agents. We do not collect any upfronts.

10 Slots 1 Slot is 10 Seats - 15 slots are closed already.
No. of Slots open for immediate fill up - 10 which is 100 seaters
Operating Territory - India
Working Days and Operating Timings - 6 days a Week, 8 hours a day
Leads - Provided by the Company
Can be sourced by the Call Centre too
Training - Provided by the Company
Diallers - Borne by the Call Centre
VOIP - Borne by the Call Centre
Compensation Pack - Fixed Pay and incentives
Expected Sales per Seat - 10 Sales Per Day per seat
Average Qualifying Sale - 4 SPD per Seat
Tolerance Support -
3 months Performance Support, Fixed Pay is released, even if 50 percent of qualifying sales is achieved in next 3 months. This means the payment is released even if 2 sales per day are done per seat instead of 4 SPD Sales per Day, of Qualifying Sales. If the sales of the call centre falls even below this tolerance levels, the payment will not be stopped but released on pro-rata basis
Fixed Pay - Rs.12,000 per seat
Incentives above qualifying sales - Rs.200 per sale
Estimated Income on 10 SPD per Seat for 1 Slot at Rs.200 incentive
Fixed pay- 12,000rs X 10 Seats - Rs.1,20,000
Incentive- Rs200 X 6 additional sales per seat X 25 days per month X 10 Seats - Rs.3,00,000
Total, Fixed Pay and Incentives - Rs.4.20 lakhs per month - Rs. 50.04 lakhs per year

Consultant Charges- DOs and DONTs
Consultant can charge his fees from the Call Centres with prior approval of the Company. Consultant cannot charge royalty from the Call Centres, it is strictly prohibited per the norms of the Group
