Job Description :-

This is a typing job were the operator has to fill up the form as per instructions provided in the guidelines.
the forms are to be filled offline with the systems only connected to the clients server and once the forms are filled and submitted

the output file gets saved in the the server

the data is the Enrolment form of a telecom company . The data has to be filled in the provided format given by the company , which can has to be done offline
,and the job involves only manual typing

the source data is in IMAGE format and is visible on the same screen of the provided form to be filled for reference
please refer the images uploaded

The server will work for 24 hrs


Turn Around Time ( TAT): 24 days
Clients will be given 6666 forms per seat every month (24 days [for work] + 6 days [for QC from the parent company's end].
The client has to simply type the whole matter in the WORK ENVIRONMENT software provided .

Accuracy Parameters :-

Quality: you are required to maintain 100% of data accuracy and at least 50% of forms completion in the
given time frame of the TAT.A training session will be provided to you to reduce the errors done by operators and to
provide understanding of the system for efficient working. The training session will also improve the speed of your
operators for completing the work quicker with perfection expected

Work load: 6666 forms per month for 1 system (66666 forms for 10 systems)

Payout Slabs:

Accuracy level Job Completion Level Payout per Form
90% 95% Rs. 12/-
80% 85% Rs. 10/-
70% 75% Rs. 8/-
60% 65% Rs. 6/-
50% 55% Rs. 4/-

Payment: 15% will be given as an advance on weekly basis after going live .
invoice cycle is monthly

QC WILL BE CHECKED BY THE ANALYST

Rework : Unlimited number of times as needed ,within the TAT


Work load: only 138 FORMS PER PERSON per system (minimum) max workload depends on the operators typing speed

Payment mode: advance payment on weekly basis

Payment Security: Bank Guarantee / Letter of credit
