Payout : Fixed $1650 Per seat with 1 SPD( Sales Per Day)

If sales goes below 1 SPD then payouts structure would be different

PAYOUT STRUCTURE AS FOLLOWS .

1 SPD = $1650 - Per Agent

0.9 SPD = $1480 - Per Agent

0.8 SPD = $1320 - Per Agent

0.7 SPD =$1140- Per Agent

0.6 SPD = $1000 - Per Agent

0.5 SPD = $820 - Per Agent
