This is a back end non-voice project of call analyzing. Center will get real time call's(US working time) on company's portal where they only have to listen to the call's and have to give remark's on (the issue/query of the caller or customer and the resolution given by CSR executive).
Training (Online or at our center) is up-to 10 to 15 days.
Payout Monthly.
2 slots of 10 - 10 seats each.
Working hours - 9pm to 6am(GMT-5:30)
