with fixed billing of Rs. 20,000/seat
Min. seats 5
so billing will be = 5 x 20,000 = Rs. 1,00,000 ( 1 lakh)


Production:-

Target per seat will be 60 per month(means nearly 2 sales a day per seat)

95 % to 100% :- Rs.20,000(per seat) x 5(seats)=Rs.1,00,000(1lakh)
90% to 95% :- 10% penalty on fixed cost
80% to 90 % :- 20% penalty on fixed cost
75% to 80% :- 30% penalty on fixed cost

Below 75% :- Only Fixed Variable incentives will be given to an Center as per it’s scores .

Above Target fixed payout of Rs. 300 /sale will be give .
