1. According to Gartner Report, only 18% of US healthcare facilities are HIPAA compliant. That means 82% of the Health care industry are NOT HIPAA compliant.

2. Deadline for Professional (Privacy) rule was end of 2003. (For small health care facilities under $5 mil)

3. Deadline for Security rule will be over by end of 2006. The industry should be in a rush to comply by this dead line.

Description of Campaign:
Campaign is to be broken down into four or more components as follows:

(a) Conduct a survey to verify the contact information and compliance history
(b) Follow up with a Training Class offering, a specific location, schedule and cost
(c) Close the sale – Take credit card No. or PO or other accepted mode of payment.
(d) Explore Consulting opportunities for areas covered and probe deep into the facilities infrastructure details and personnel involved.
(e)Follow up Consulting Opportunities with client and explore ways to progress deep into the facility.
